Everything about your account lives under Settings, organized into tabs.
Profile
Update your name, organization, and role, and see a snapshot of your recent account activity. Your profile details personalize your experience and appear in account communications.
Security
- Email address: change the email on your account. For your security, changing it sends a verification link to the new address; the change takes effect once you click that link.
- Password: to set a new password, use Forgot password? on the login screen. Mediastilo emails you a secure reset link. (Always sign out and use the reset link if you suspect your password is compromised.)
Notifications
Choose which emails Mediastilo sends you. Each can be toggled on or off:
- Draft generated: when content is auto-generated by your pipeline.
- Draft suggested: when new content is suggested for your review.
- Pipeline complete: after each pipeline run finishes.
- Low credits: when your balance drops below a threshold you set.
- Purchase confirmation: when a top-up succeeds.
- Subscription renewal: a few days before your plan renews.
- Trial ending: a few days before a trial converts.
- Setup reminders: a nudge to finish onboarding if you stall.
- Weekly digest: a weekly summary of your pipeline activity.
You can also set the low-credit warning threshold (the percentage of your allotment at which Mediastilo warns you).
Privacy
- Product usage analytics: Mediastilo's first-party, EU-private product analytics, used only to improve the product. There are no third-party trackers. You can turn this off here at any time; it's your consent to control.
Pipeline configuration
On supported plans, tune how your pipeline behaves.
Start with a Mode preset:
- Curated: fewer drafts, only the strongest brand fit.
- Balanced: the recommended default.
- Aggressive: more drafts, casts a wider net over fresher stories.
Advanced settings let you fine-tune the minimum alignment score (what's worth drafting), the auto-generate threshold (above it Mediastilo writes a full draft; between it and the minimum, the story appears as a one-click suggestion), story clustering, the daily draft limit, and the freshness window (how far back Mediastilo looks for stories, up to a maximum of 5 days). A wider window considers more stories but analyzes more items, which uses more credits.
Each run drafts every eligible story, not just one. Related items about the same story are grouped into a single draft (the rest become its sources). When the daily limit is reached, extra eligible stories still appear as suggestions, so nothing high-scoring is lost. The available controls and their ranges depend on your plan. See Credits & Billing.
On plans that include grounding, two more toggles let the pipeline check the live web while it writes: Ground with Google (research each story before drafting) and Fill gaps with Google (try to source the gaps a fresh draft declares). Both are off by default, because each run spends metered credits, and you can cap the monthly search budget per brand. Only cited facts are ever used — a search with no real source stays a gap. See Signals and Credits & Billing.
Usage
Review your credit history, what you've spent, top-ups, and your current balance, so there are no surprises.
Billing
Manage your plan, buy top-ups, and open the billing portal. See the full guide in Credits & Billing.
Deleting your account
Under the account's danger area you can permanently delete your account. This is irreversible: it removes your brands, sources, drafts, and associated data. Cancel any active subscription first if you don't want to be billed further (see Credits & Billing).
Integrations
Connect a publishing destination, WordPress, Ghost, or a webhook / custom REST endpoint, from the Integrations section of your dashboard, then push finished drafts to it. Connections are per brand and available on supported plans. See the full setup in Integrations.
