Questions about pricing

What happens if we run out of credits?

Nothing is ever charged automatically. Drafting pauses until your credits reset at the start of the next cycle, or you buy a top-up pack. Purchased credits never expire and stay yours even if you cancel.

Can we change packages later?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.

Do unused credits roll over?

Part of them, depending on the package, and Enterprise carries unused credits forward in an annual pool. Credits you buy as a top-up always carry over.

Is a card needed to start?

Yes. Every package, including the smallest, starts with a card on file, so there is never a surprise when your desk starts relying on it.

We are a public body. Can you invoice us?

Yes. Newsroom and enterprise packages are invoiced. Tell us what your procurement needs and we will work to it.
