FAQ

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Yes. Every plan, including Free, requires a payment method on file. On the Free plan your card is saved but not charged. See Credits & Billing.

What do I get on the Free plan?

40 credits per month, 1 brand, and up to 5 sources, with manual pipeline runs. It's a great way to try Lumina end to end.

What are credits?

Credits are how Lumina meters AI work, analyzing your brand, scoring sources, generating drafts. Each action has a fixed credit cost, and your plan includes a monthly allotment. Full cost table in Credits & Billing.

How does Lumina learn my brand voice?

Through Brand DNA, either by analyzing your existing website content or from writing samples you provide. See Brand DNA.

Where do drafts come from?

Lumina monitors your Sources, scores incoming material against your Brand DNA, and turns the best matches into drafts you can review, edit, and publish. See Drafts & Publishing.

How do I publish?

On plans with publishing enabled, connect a destination, WordPress, Ghost, or a webhook, in Integrations, then push finished drafts straight to it. See Integrations.

Can I manage more than one brand?

Yes. You can run multiple brands under one account (up to your plan's limit), each with its own setup, while credits and billing are shared. See Workspaces & Brands.

How do I change my password?

Use Forgot password? on the login screen, Lumina emails you a secure reset link.

How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?

From Settings → Billing: upgrade directly, or open Manage Subscription to change your plan, update your card, view invoices, or cancel. See Credits & Billing.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your account is marked past due while the payment retries. Update your card via Manage Subscription to restore access.

Do you use third-party trackers?

No. Lumina's product analytics are first-party and EU-private, and you can turn them off under Settings → Privacy.

What languages is Lumina available in?

English and Croatian (Hrvatski). You can switch language in the app.
