This guide takes you from setup to your first AI-generated draft. The whole setup takes about two minutes, and you can skip any step and finish it later from your dashboard.
1. Run the onboarding wizard
The wizard has four quick steps, shown down the left side:
-
Welcome: a short overview of what Mediastilo does, and your dashboard language (English or Hrvatski). This changes the language of the interface itself (menus, labels, and buttons), and you can change it any time from Settings.
-
Brand: teach Mediastilo your voice.
First pick your content language: the language your drafts get written in. This is separate from the dashboard language (you can run an English interface over a Croatian brand), it's set per brand, and it's available on every plan. It defaults to the language you chose on the welcome step.
Then choose how to set up your voice:
- Analyze your website: paste your site URL and Mediastilo studies your existing content to detect your tone, topics, and style, or
- Set it up manually: describe your voice, list your topics, and add any words to avoid. Available on Pro and above. On Free and Starter, use website analysis instead.
Either way you can refine this later. See Brand.
-
Add a source: connect a content source (such as an RSS feed) that Mediastilo should monitor for relevant material. More in Sources.
-
All set: finish setup.
You can skip the Brand and Source steps and complete them later from your dashboard, nothing is locked behind them.
2. Your first draft
When you finish the wizard, Mediastilo automatically starts your first pipeline run in the background, it reads your sources, finds material that aligns with your brand, and drafts an article. Head to your dashboard and watch it land in your Draft Queue.
3. Find your way around
Your dashboard is organized into these areas:
| Section | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Signals | The feed of source material Mediastilo is monitoring and scoring for brand alignment. |
| Drafts | Your draft queue, review, edit, approve, and publish. |
| Editor | Write and refine individual drafts. |
| Sources | Manage the feeds and sites Mediastilo watches. |
| Brand | View and refine your Brand. |
| Analytics | Track your content and pipeline activity. |
| Integrations | Connect WordPress, Ghost, and webhooks. |
| Settings | Profile, billing, team, notifications, and privacy. |
