Publishers and media groups

Every title keeps its voice. Every desk gets the reach of the group.

One workspace follows ministries, regions and foreign outlets for the whole group. Each title gets its own draft, in its own house style, on its own desk.

What changes

More stories, without more sameness

One source, many titles

The same notice becomes a different story for each title, written the way that title writes.

Foreign and official sources

Ministries, regions and international outlets, followed for the whole group in one place.

Desks stay in charge

Each desk picks what to cover and approves before anything reaches its site.

Multi-title media group

Our titles can’t have a reporter on every ministry and regulator. Mediastilo watches them for us and puts a draft in each title’s house style on the right desk within minutes.

Questions from publishers

Will two of our titles publish the same text?

No. Each title has its own voice profile, so the same source becomes a different story for each, written the way that title writes.

Can we follow sources abroad?

Yes. Follow outlets and official sites in other languages; each title still gets its drafts in its own language.

Who decides what gets published?

Each desk. Titles choose what to cover, and nothing reaches a site until someone on that desk approves it.

How is a group priced?

By how many titles you run and how much you publish. From Scale upwards we set it up with you, with a named contact on our side for the larger packages.

Why now

Three things changed this year

Writing with AI stopped being the hard part. Being trusted for it is.

01

AI can finally hold a house style

The latest models keep a voice, a structure and a vocabulary steady across hundreds of articles. That makes drafting from the source, in your voice, practical for a daily desk instead of a demo.

Measured on our own drafts: style held across every brand we run.

02

Generic AI text is now a liability

Search engines treat pages mass-produced to rank as spam, whatever tool wrote them, and readers leave the moment copy sounds generated. What still works is what Mediastilo does: one real story from a real source, in a voice readers know.

Google Search spam policies, “scaled content abuse” (since March 2024).

03

The law now rewards a human editor

Since 2 August 2026, AI-generated text published to inform the public must be labelled as such, unless a person has reviewed it and the publisher holds editorial responsibility. Mediastilo is built around that review: nothing is published until your editor approves it.

EU AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 50(4).
