The challenge

The group publishes several well-known titles, each with its own readers and its own way of writing. No group can keep a reporter on every ministry, regulator and foreign outlet that might break a story its readers care about.

What changed

• One workspace follows ministries, regulators and 15 international outlets for the whole group.
• Each title has its own brand profile, so the same notice becomes a different draft for a different desk.
• Desks keep full control: they choose what to cover, edit freely and approve before anything is published.

The result

A story noticed on an official site is a draft on the right desk about 12 minutes later, already in that title’s house style.
